[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Requesting for the deposited amount valued cheque, | |||||
Dear TATA DOCOMO service provider, As I paid the amount 1000rs as deposit amount when I am taking the plan of 999 unlimited post pay. With DOCOMO on the same plan for the period of 4 years and more and then I moved to other network from then onwards am trying best for the paid advance amount. At last after a battle of 10 months they released a cheque that too Rs.640/- only I rejected the cheque at their customer care store, chandanagar, hyd, which is lesser than the amount i paid. Kindly give me an explanation or increase the cheque value. Name : K Linga Prasad Ex.DOCOMO contact no. [protected], Present Contact : [protected], Alternate contact : [protected] Delay of payment with out any explanation : 14 months. As customer care people are rejecting my compliant by saying you are not my customer now and we don't have your details.
