[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo — Requesting for the deposited amount valued cheque,

Dear TATA DOCOMO service provider,
As I paid the amount 1000rs as deposit amount when I am taking the plan of 999 unlimited post pay. With DOCOMO on the same plan for the period of 4 years and more and then I moved to other network from then onwards am trying best for the paid advance amount. At last after a battle of 10 months they released a cheque that too Rs.640/- only I rejected the cheque at their customer care store, chandanagar, hyd, which is lesser than the amount i paid.
Kindly give me an explanation or increase the cheque value.

As customer care people are rejecting my compliant by saying you are not my customer now and we don't have your details.
As these people are brutally behaving with the ex-customers and don't even have the minimal back end process to clear the due payments.
