[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Roaming Plan deactivation | |||
I have a tata docomo connection in Karnataka with number [protected]. I had recharged with Rs.28 roaming pack which would provide me with 7 days validity for free incoming. The plan has been discontinued by Tata Docomo unilaterally without giving any reason within 3 days. The customer care is not even able to justify the sudden discontinuation and have gone to the extent saying 3 days=7 days of validity. The complain now registered would take 4 more days to resolve which has not yet been done. I loose my money, my savings on roaming and lots of time talking to brainless customer care executives. Whats the use o[censored]sing docomo if they can provide proper service? Was this information helpful? | |||

With reference to my above complaint, Tata docomo was very prompt in responding with a possible solution within 24hrs. The situation post to the call was the worst ever customer experience you will come across. My service was deactivated without any notice or reason. The customer care is unaware about the reason for deactivation. The status on the solution proposed for reactivating is not known, when contacted customer care including the higher ups have no idea when it will be done. Every call/online chat ends up with next 48hrs or EOD time extension for resolving the issue. Its 10 days since my complaint and im back to my home circle with no requirement of the roaming plan, no answer to my problems, deactivated number and lots of money lost in incoming while on roaming.
I've always had high regards towards Tata companies which has taken a major dent now. I would request Tata Sons to sell off this entity at the earliest so that more people like me don't associate Tata brand to be of such low level of customer service. A big DOWN-DOWN for Tata docomo. Im already exploring for my new connection as I'm no more not interested to associate with an highly unreliable mobile service provider not concerned about their customers.
I'm eager to know what tatadocomo has to answer for this fiasco.
