Tata Docomo — send bills for 2 months even after internet connection closure. | |||
This complaint is regarding tata docomo internet service provider. I have requested to close my internet connection by email on 18-dec-2015 And tata docomo did not closed connection till feb 2016 so they were sending Bills for january 2016 and feb 2016 months, which is fault of tata docomo. Now they are bothering me by sending email and sms to pay bills for those 2 months for which service had not been used. Was this information helpful? | |||
