[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — sending bill even after multiple request to close my account

I have been using tata docomo photon for past 3 years. I have lost my photon device 3 months back and raised complaint to terminate my ac... I have paid the due till my last useage and then they said we will initiate the termination process.. Even though i have paid my dues in person and request multiple times to close my ac [protected]for past 3 months, docomo refused to do so... N keep on sending rental bills... Now they said that i hav to pay the rental for the 3 months to close my ac... Intentionally they delayed the process of termination and now asked me to pay the rental for that lost device.. Should i pay for not using single kb? Or for choosing docomo?

I, Prem Singh Tomar was CONSUMER for Tata DoCoMo Wi-Fi ([protected]). For the same, I complained to customer care & they confirmed to me that Bill was generated due to technical error since it was under safe custody. Now they are messaging continuously that you've to pay full balance.

I have officially changed my name, I have Affidavit too and Aadhar card in the new name. So will there be any charges to change my name in my Docomo Account ?
