Tata Docomo — service executive responding very bad and too harsh | |||
Hi docomo team, I spoke to suresh (+[protected] today who is one o[censored]r executive. I dnt believe that the way he spoke to us is not at all polite and moreover its commanding our credibility. And he is asking about our personal incomes and defaming our credibility. As per the conversation we had with docomo ppl earlier, i asked to disconnnect the service at jan-18 but they had hesitated to do so. Since 3 years i am using this tata docomo photon + and i have paid my bills on time and i had not seen any executive speaking like this with a customer. I would like to get an apologies from them and i have not used the docomo from jan you can track the data and verify. Even i asked to disconnect also it is not made from your side.
