Sir i take tata docomo postpaid number [protected] last threemonths before. I also paid my last three months bill. Now i want change my postpaid numer convert for prepaid. About this regard i go to madurai bye pass pomeni tata docomo office. They were not respose for me. They said to me go& communicate ur retail dealer (Opp to walkford college k. K. Nagar temple city tower mobile shop). Otherwise contact customercare only. But local dealer how response for postpaid?. So this is irresponse for me. So kindly help me

From past 1 month I'm trying to link my TATA-DOCOMO sim with Aadhar by dialing up 14546, not even once I received OTP for verification.
Take this call on priority and fix this ASAP in-order to retain your customers back onto platform.
