Tata Docomo — shifting landline connection | |||
I have called the customer care number [protected] several times past three days, have sent emails to the email addresses provided by the representatives. [protected]@tatatel.co.in and [protected]@tatatelebroadband.com; have sent the requested documents ( rent agreement and id proof) every time the representatives tell they would revert there's no response. we would be shifting to the new premises by 14th July and yet there is no response from Tata Docomo.
