Tata Docomo — showing my mobile number in grace period

In recent times i have recharged my docomo number [protected] for almost 3+ times the recharge amounts are 70 50 around 10 10 respectively without using any services still they have deducted all my money without any services running or dont i have called from that phone to anyone. Now the number is recieving the pop-up of your account is in grace period. How could is this possible and one more thing they are now demanding the recharge of rs 1000+ to activate my number. There is no notice and no money deduction message from the company and the balance is 0.
