Tata Docomo — showing roaming symbol

If i need to use data it asking to turn on data roaming and showing that you are in roaming area..
Some times my money was deducting due to roaming charges

Always showing a roaming symbol in my
Handset??
May be i think there is any problem in network in my area
Mostly my mobile always asks to turn on data roaming for data usage
Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible
