Tata Docomo — Sim blocked without informing | |||
Hi, My mother was using Tata Docomo sim since many years and she had given the same number for all her bank accounts and gas booking. On 28th March 2016 she was unable to do out going calls or message but from 29th March they blocked her sim. now incoming also not coming. If we go and ask in docomo office the staffs are telling that the sim is deactivated and if you want to activate you have to go for post paid. This is not at all face. now we need to change the number in banks etc. without intimating anything how can they deactivate or block some number.
