Tata Docomo — sim card

Dear team my self i am joboy john my docomo number is [protected] i was using tata docomo number since 10 years till 20 th may recevied message also, regarding some docomo recharge offer but now there is no network in my sim and while i tried to call from different number it saying number is not valid i try to install docomo app and register the same number still it showing my number is not valid i have registerd this number for various banking purpose i always receive my one time password in the same number please help me at the earliest this is my another contact number [protected]
