[Resolved] Tata Docomo — SIM card registered in unknown name | |||||
Dear sir, I'm using Tata Docomo for past 6years. I went to purchase 4g SIM card then I came to know from Tata Docomo showroom that the card is registered in someone name that is absolutely irrelevent. Still I'm using the same number [protected]. My alternate number is [protected]. The customer service can't assist me to get 4g sim and also they can't help me to register in my name. The customer service is absolutely rubbish. Tata Docomo WiFi with account number[protected] is not working since two days. I have rebooted the router but still there is no difference.
