Tata Docomo — sim card was deactivated | |||||
Hello, My sim card was deactivated on 18th june'18 as it was not in use for more than 90 days and balance was less than expected. As per policy i can get it reactivated again within 15 days of deactivation so i registered my request via email with [protected]@tatadocomo.com team on 1st july'18. They initially told me that it can be activated only within 15 days and when i pointed out that my request was made within those 15 days, they stopped responding to me. I have sent around 8 mails till now. Could you please take it up with the technical team as i really need to get my sim activated since i am unable to make any kind of transactions due to this issue. This was the service request number m34396917 which was appended in the subject of the mail sent by me for tracking purpose. Please let me know if anything is required from my end.
