Tata Docomo — sim registration failed

My tata docomo sim is not working and not even showing network also,
It was working till 19th of may 2019.
Since i have referred this number to every one and also i have given this number to all my personal activities like pf, gratuity, payslip i need this sim very badly hence i'm expecting a help from you, could please protorize this request as soon as possible
