Tata Docomo — Slow Internet Speed | |||
I am Postpaid customer of tata Docomo photan no. [protected] last 4 years but since last 10 months tata Docomo networks signals are so weak and internet speed is very poor in Delta II Greater Noida U.P. Tata Docomo executive advice to convert 2G to 3G photan max and your problem poor network and slow speed solve and i have extra paid 2000 rupees and purchase new 3G Tata Docomo dongle. And again same problem faced last 40 days. And tatadocomo executive to not solve my problem and my complaint is closed. 1- Complaint No.[protected] Date-24 April 2015 2- Complaint No.[protected] Date- 25 May 2015 3-Interection No.[protected] Date- 5 May 2015 As per company executives statements major maintenance work happening in our area so because of this we are facing network issue.which doesn't come under network area? As per our telephonic conversation, we would like to inform you the area you have referred to, is congested due to high number o[censored]ser using service at same time. The improvement in speed may only happen if the congestion of the given sites goes down, which can’t be predicted at this given point in time. Regret the inconvenience.
Further, we would like to inform you that there is the usage in your bill and hence charges were levied correctly as per the bill plan an adjustment is not applicable.
We seek your cooperation and will duly intimate you when we enhance our coverage to the said location.

These ISPs are busy looting people. distributing bandwidth and misleading customers with higher numbers printed. tata docomo is worst broadband providers i have tried ever (im a net user since 2002)
