[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Slow Internet Speed | |||
I have taken a internet connection from Tata docomo and have been using it for the past almost 1 year. Below are the connection details: TATA DOCOMO No: [protected] Account Number:[protected] Tariff Plan: 8Mbps FUP 160GB @ 1500 Plan I have noticed that they provide less speed as promised and advertised. The way they cheat the Speed Test is by fluctuating their signal. Like in my case, they should provide 8mbps internet speed, but what they do is, they fluctuate their speed, such that it is close to 8mbps for some time and close to 1 mbps at other times. When you do a speed test, it will show the average speed which will be close to 8mbps. In case you are doing an online transaction, the transaction won't go through because of this. This is not the first time I have noticed this. I managed to capture some screen shots for slow speed. PFA. Please do try it your self once and you will come to know.
