[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Sms pack details | |||
HI I am Nataraj using Karnataka tata docomo no [protected] . i have activated sms pack on 29th dec '15 of Rs19 through online and benefits will be 250 sms free all local & national for 14 day, after sending 70 sms amount start getting deduct from my main balance . i called customer care and spoke to Mr prashanth( executive ) he said after 100 sms will be charged 1 rs per sms its a TRAI rules and he hold the line for 10 min and disconnet the call with out proper response ..okay am agree with that but i have sent only 70 sms and i have not got any communication sms saying after 100 sms amount will be detect from main account. on 30th dec'15 again i called customer care and sopke to supervisor Mrs Bhuwaneshwari she also not respond properly and amount will not be refund which is deducted she is also disconnect the call without responce ... pls tell me why it not update saying that only 100 free sms can be send per after that charges will happen. and how its update 250 sms free for 14 days...
