[Resolved] Tata Docomo — standard to micro sim not activated even after 8 months of regular follow up | |||
I have requested for micro card for above mentioned t24 number at below t24 gallery address six months ago which i only managed to get last month after continuously following up for 6 months. Infinity mall, raheja classic complex, link road, andheri west, mumbai - 400053 Now after multiple follow - ups, i managed to get the micro t24 sim last month but it has not been operational yet. Moreover charges been levied on sim replacement which is not the case with other operators. This is duty of service provider to provider sim then how come charges being applied on sim replacement? Now even after paying charges, sim has not been activated & due to all this am not able to use my new mobile purchased since 8 months. I called up customer care many times but did not get any update on activation. Now after repeated follow ups over call & visits to gallery, i realized what customer is to you, company which failed to provide the basic sim over 8 months, what else can be expected from them.
