[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Still i am getting monthly bills

Hi TATA PHOTON customer care,


I have stopped using TATA PHOTON (Photon No- [protected]) from almost 2-3 months but then also I am getting monthly bills.

I have called customer care and asked them to stop the service and they told okay it will be done in 24-48 hours and few days before I got a call from customer care and they told me that my number is still active and it is partially deactivate as I need to give written mail to stop service.

What the hell this is going on when I am telling customer care to stop the service why again I need to give it in written to customer care and till the time you will charge me for nothing.

If it is the rule then why customer are has not communicated it in first call when I have stopped service ??

I am not going to pay extra charges which was not communicated.

Please let me know how you want to resolve my problem.
