[Resolved] Tata Docomo — strange problem with docomo sim - no incoming and outgoing calls

From past 7 hours i have been trying tp get in touch with tata docomo customer support team but unfotrunately ivr never lets me reach them out. For the whole life time i should be pressing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6... And it goes - at the end they say all customer representatives are currently busy!!!
Anyways, i have this strange problem from past 7 hours that i am unable to receive any class and outgoing is also not happening.

I do not have any hope but still someone please assist
