Tata Docomo — surrendering of post paid mobile number | |||
I have posted a compliant about loss of my sim card and surrendering the post paid mobile on january 7th 2018. The complaint is as follows. I want to surrender and disconnect my tata docomo post paid mobile number:[protected] my account number[protected]. My last bill amount is rs. 984 paid on 07.01.2018. ' I wish my mobile number is to be cancelled immediately with effect from this minute. I do not want any phone calls further pestering me for payment of bill since i am not using this mobile number and i have lost my sim card. Please take immediate action and oblige. I find some of your customer care people in tata docomo unnecessarily harassing me. I being a senior citizen of 68 years, i request you to stop this nonsense and deactivate the above menetioned number with immediate effects. I thought tata would have taken prompt action and deleted the below mentioned mobile number. [protected]. It is a really shame on tata people to harass senior citizens like me by sending me bills saying that it is rental charge for sim card. What nonsense this is? The funniest thing ever heard that sim card has got rentals.
