[Resolved] Tata Docomo T24 — Recharged amount vanished | |||||
I have recharged my mobile for Rupees 199/ and there was a balance of Rs=139 but I have received a message as below; "TA-DOCOMO 10/30/2015 10:44:55 AM Topup Recharge Success. Details - MRP:Rs 199.0, TT:174.56, ST:24.44, PF:0.0, Available Bal:314.23. Tranc ID:[protected], Date:[protected], Retailer:[protected], Mode:SMS" but within half an hour the total of Rs 314.23 reduced in 0.00 balance, when I asked them they said 3460 gb of internet data I have consumed. I don't see any logic because the connection is 3G and the speed maximum 100kb. Was this information helpful? | |||||
