[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — taking money through false offers.

It showed me on *141# that there is a offer of 1gb 3g internet on ₹98 recharge.
On 14th october 2017 after selecting it we have to press 1 to activate and pay from balance, after all this i received only 500mb internet. I waited for the rest internet data but after 2 days i called customer care on 121 and told them everything, but they said that i'm wrong because it shows offer of 500mb on 98₹ (Seriously? Who will do recharge of 500mb @98 when there are so many cheap offers, just like in jio we get 1gb 4g data + voice call minutes). I told them that it's still showing me 1gb data now tell me the procedure to refund, still they said to the end that it can't show you because there is no such offer.
Now i don't know from how many lakhs of customers they steal money like this.

Hi,

I have been receiving SMS about linking my Aadhar card and to call 121115 for other enquires. calling that number tells me that it is invalid.

I wish to know if i can link my Aadhar online somewhere.

Kindly deactivate my sim card number [protected] (Tata docomo) which I have lost along with the mobile, yesterday. I request you to kindly do needful at the earliest to avoid misuse of the sim. Later on I will apply for the same number sim at your Tata docomo gallery. And oblige
