[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tarrif amount deducted but call charge not acording tariff

Sir, For your kind information I have activate the tarrif of Rs. 34/-by No. *141*1434# on mobile no [protected] But tarrif is not working call charge is 2p/1sec. now and amount deducted from my account balance .So request you to kindly activate the tarrif or refund the above said balance in my A/C. Customer complaint no. 198 call receive only one time a day I tried with three tata numbers and one time they give the manual setting process after then call can not be transfer single massage is haired “all customer care officer is busy in another calls, for more details write us at listen at tata docomo .com”. online complaint also not done.
