[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Tata DoCoMo - activation of unnecessary scheme and deduction of rs 90

Respected sir, The company tatadocomo activated the one scheme unnecessarly on my no [protected] and deducted rs. 46 on 3rd jan 2015 at 1:38 am. I made call to customer complain helpdesk(198) at 1:55 am and operator accepted the fault and told me he deactivated the scheme and amount of rs 46 will be credited to my account in 3hr, but money is not credited yet. so I again made a call at 5:20 am and found that they block my no! So, then i call to 121 and they told me that my credit will be refound between 3hrs. Now they block my no at 121 too because of that I can't make a call to customer care of company.
