Tata Docomo — Tata DoCoMo Auto Services Activation - Big Day Loot! | |||
Hi, This Monday (3/11/14) some service got activated automatically for 75 Rs. without my knowledge. I complained immediately in the customer care, they said it will get refunded in 2 days. Still that amount not refunded. Later again two services activated for 75 & 65 Rs. without my knowledge on Wednesday (5/11/14). Again I complained immediately, they said will be refunded in 4 hours. Still both the complains has not been resolved. Total refund amount is 75+75+65=215 Rs. Kindly refund my amount at the earliest. As there is no refund, yesterday again I called the customer care and they informed it will get refunded in 4 hours. But, still it's not yet credited. Simply they are giving fake promises. All the service are activated by themselves without my knowledge. It's a big loot.. On 215 only 150 is credited back by 30 & 120 Rs. Still remaining 65 Rs is suppose to be credited back. Customer care informed that will credited by long back but, still not yet credited..
