Tata Docomo — tata docomo cheating consumers by not allowing to close post paid connection

Hi Even after raising a close request on 10 March 2015, they agreed to close it on 17th march but on 14th march 2015, I received a sms saying i requested to stop the close request This is plain cheating !!!
