Tata Docomo — tata docomo has become the worst mobile provider | |
Hi I am a customer of tata docomo from 2013 onwards and i am not able to send sms for a long time and after multiple attempts with customer care. I was told that i need to replace my sim card for which i need to go to nearest retailer and pay 49 rs. I dont mind paying the amount but it took me multiple followups and effort to find out this. Now the sad part is even i cannot port the number and getting punished for staying with tata docomo for a long time. Was this information helpful? | |

I can't send my messages and cannot call to other numbers and it is responding that "please validate the number you had dialed".Iam just able to receive out coming calls and sms, help me out with this
