My tata docomo walky no.[protected] was deactivated in februry 2018.
When i asked for refund of my deposit of rs. 1500/- i am told that
Refund cheque was sent to me in april 2018. I did not receive any such
Refund cheque from them.
I have reminded them by email number of times. My residential address
Is already in their records. There is no change in my residential address
Which is s. Ranganathan, plot no.32, 9th street, sri balaji nagar, santhoshpuram, chennai 600073.in spite of the above, they are asking for proof address. I have since sent to them pdf copy of my postpaid idea telephone bill. Now in their latest email reply, they are asking for
Pdf of my aadhar number card!
I cannot understand why they are adopting such tactics of delaying the refund. It is a shame on tatas.
