Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo postpaid mobile bill complaint | |||
I didn’t got any warning from tata docomo when I crossed my limit. Now they are charging me more than the limit. I am trying to contact with them from yesterday’s morning from customer care 121 followed by pressing 9. It says invalid option. They have sent me limit crossed warning after the generation of bill The bill also have some savan download which I havn’t done it at all. It also says I have done some 2G download if I am having 3G option enabled then how tata docomo switched to 2G. They have charged m on 2G value without any concession.
