Dear Sir, I was having Tata DoCoMo photon stick no.[protected], which I decided to cancel as I got another connection as per my need. I called the customer care to cancel the connection but the executive forced me and finally convinced me to not cancel but to put it on safe custody feature for 3 months, during which period no bill will be generated as per him. He also told that I will have to call if I wanted to activate after 3 months otherwise it will be cancelled automatically. We received the message about the safe custody feature period starting from 6th September 2017 and ending on 5th December. We never called to activate. On 29th November I received a message saying that safe custody feature is getting over, please call to activate the connection. In December another message came that our service request has been processed. In January we received a bill of Rs.570, which was not due as the connection was on safe custody. We were receiving call every other day for the undue amount and we explained at least 15 times to 15 different people that we are not using it and it is cancelled. In our community also people confirmed that Tata DoCoMo people keep on calling and harassing them. Now we receive a message that they are going to Look adalat for the remaining amount. He told me that the sim will be activated by 8pm yesterday.
So far, it hasn't been activated.
