Tata Docomo — tata docomo- request to convert postpaid to prepaid

I called to 121(Tata Docomo) and informed to change by mobile number from postpaid to prepaid and he replied it will be done in 5 to 7 workings days, i even asked him whether i have to submit any documents he said not required. after few days i got message to submit my identity proof in near by store and i have called to customer care service to know near by store and accordingly i went there and shopkeeper informed me that they are not taking any documents and we have to submit it in main office. after few days i called to customer service informed this story to him he told in hyderabad there are only two centers where postpaid is converted to prepaid and gave me balanagar store address i tried to call him and he informed me that it is not available. Kindly help me in converting my mobile number from postpaid to prepaid. I have submitted my request in August.
