[Resolved] Tata Docomo — TATA DOCOMO robbed Rs. 223 by misinforming me | |||
My Name is Biman Ghosh. I recharged with Rs. 223 for which I got 3000 mins. This offer stated that we can call to all LOCAL ON-NET numbers. I called my other DOCOMO number but balance was being deducted and not the minutes for which I Just paid. I called the customer care. They told that Local On-Net was not applicable to my numbers because, the mobile with 223 recharge was in R.O. West Bengal Circle and the called number was in Kolkata circle. Suddenly from today Kolkata became a STD zone in the same state. These new scheme was not there yesterday. but suddenly they decided to do this. Kolkata was never a STD zone. DOCOMO simply did this to rob people from their hard earned money. People who work hard to earn money they will know the value of Rs. 223 and what it means to get robbed like this. You have robbed Rs. 223 from me. You people are good at only one thing and that’s stealing other people’s hard earned money. You don't provide any information on anything and then when people recharge and try to call their family and friends they find out that they can't, reason is that DOCOMO decided to create a hidden clause to make to DOCOMO steals the money and nothing can be done about that.
