Tata Docomo — tata docomo sim no network in malaysia

I am living in malaysia and was using tata docomo sim without any issue for more than 4 year now. But from last 2 weeks i am not getting any network for tata docomo in malaysia. If i remember properly this issue started on 31st jan 2019. I was unable to connect to any network.
Sim is important to me as i use this for my banking.
Please look into it asap.
