My SIM was working four days ago but now it is not being detected and the callers hear it as switched off. I have many important calls to come on this sim am finding it difficult to find out a service center here in cochin, kerala, India. It would be very helpful if you could solve the issue. Expecting a reply soon tomorrow itself. Can we port the number?
