Tata Docomo — tata docomo sim not getting network

I am using tata docomo sim from last 2 year but from last 1 months its not getting service, i tried to recharge the number online, but then too its not getting active, i am trying to call docomo service center from other number but not able to connect, that number is my primary number and is in all my govt portals and banks, i need to get it actiave

Updated by manishray2603 i have not recieved any resolution from customer support, they always says that they will call me next day, but not got any call
