[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo special recharge not working

I recharged my number [protected] of tata docomo with special recharge of ₹ 45 for All Local and STD calls @25p/Min, Validity :84 days.But it's not working .So please provide me solution as soon as possible.

I tried the same earlier also for 3 times, That offer started working after 7 days, in such case out of 3 recharges 2 were wasted.

So could you please suggest me, what to do...

As per the telephonic conversation with our team. We would like to inform you that, up on checking our records currently you are being charged at 1.5paisa/second for local/STD mobile calls. As per your request we have deactivated 1.5paisa/second plan on your number vide docket number PRP06739470 on 06-FEB-2017 at 03:52PM. Further, you will be charged at 25paisa/minute as per RC 45 for local/STD mobile calls and same is valid till 27/04/2017.
