We tried to reach you on your number in order to understand your concern. However, the same was not responding. We would like to inform you that, LDR service was activated by you on[protected] at 9:26 PM through SDP_WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.72.42/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. As per your request we have already deactivated all Value Added Services so that you don’t get charged in future. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.72.42/- has been credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] dated on[protected].
