We would like to inform you that, LDR service was activated by you on[protected] at 9:26 PM through SDP_WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.72.42/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. As per your request we have already deactivated all Value Added Services so that you don’t get charged in future.
