[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata DoCoMo - wrong billing on post paid connection | |||
Hi, i am using [protected], 299/- plan of TATA DOCOMO, recently in the months of November December, 2014 bill they have charged Rs. 35+35+35+35 by saying that you have downloaded game and activated BFS Service, and such games/ services was never downloaded or activated by me. i want the resolution to reduce the said impugned charges added in my bill.
