[Resolved] Tata Docomo — tata docomo wrongly deducted my main balance | |||
tata docomo deducted my main balance for Internet browsing even i have Internet pack and still have 1.88 MB Internet balance. When i was call to customer care, the representatives not responded well. So please help me out. my Number is:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Its already 48 hrs and the complain is not resolved yet. Please take immediate action and let me know.

We sincerely apologize for the delayed response on your email and assure you that your concern will be addressed at the earliest.
As per discussion over the call on your mobile number we would like to inform you that as per our records I have found that the balance deducted on your account of Rs.175/- was due to GPRS browsing as there was less data in the account on[protected] at 05:06 PM. Kindly note that when data in the account is less than 10mb and volume content of the size browsed is more, then the balance will be deducted from the main balance. Hence, refund is not possible.
For further clarification, you can request for the prepaid bill, for that you have to send a SMS as PREPAIDBILL <email id> to 121 in which you will get the details for 30 days. However please be informed that an amount of Rs.25/- shall be deductible from the main account balance for this facility.
