I had a tata internet service with account number[protected]. This was way back in[protected]. I dont remember exactly month. But i was extremely dissatisfied and planned to disconnect the service. So followed the steps provided and disconnected it. After that a bill of rs 700. Odd was generated.
I called the concerned staff and was requested to pay that amount and the service will be disconnected. After a month again i got a bill of rs 510.00.
When i called they told it is a mistake and that it was generated wrongly.
I thought the issue was resolved.
But now again after 4 long years, since about 3 months the i am being harassed by smss everyday stating that rs 510.00 is due. When i called last month i was told it will be resolved. Now again i am getting message stating that legal action will be taken. When i call them they say that legal action will be taken against me. I dont have any other evidence as it was 4 years back and i was assured the issue is resolved. I have act fibernet connection now for 2 years and have no issues at all.
How can i trust this company that any payment now will stop this harassment. Moreover this payment was generated for no services at all, that too after my connection was disconnected officially. Was this information helpful? |
i port my sim in airtel network on 17 oct. and the customer representative told me that the sim will be activate approx within 6 days bt now today is 28 october but there is no response from the network. the docomo network would be stop on 30th of oct so please work on it immidiately.
