Sub:- Connection was given with out network and started harassing for bill amount.
The connection should be given in the areas where the Towers are available, sales person has issued product without proper investigation about network, after purchasing I realized that there was no signal in my area. Tata technician visited my place and clearly stated that the product should be returned.
The issue was raised with the higher officials of Tata Docomo as well. I have all the communication emails with them.
I was expecting a personnel from the Tata Docomo to approach me and take the product back and give me the cash back of Rs 1, 500/-, which I paid initially.
But instead, I have been billed and Harassment started from Tata side.
I have clearly explained the issue number of times, every time they will keep quite for few days again start bugging me.
Could any one suggest permanent solution for this.
