Dear Kindly inform you tata docomo has send me bill on dated 23 Sept Rs 1394/- with bill no [protected] after that you have generate & send me another bill on dated 5 Nov 13 Bill no [protected] amount 505.94 duration 21Oct to 13 November & you have to show 1160 Previous balance total amount Rs 1666/- But till date I have't received any Bill of duration between 21 September to 20 October of amount 1160.which you have shown in 5 Nov bill [protected]. Many time I have complain against this problem but not received any proper answer . I am still waiting my ans where is the bill of amount 1160 duration (21 sept to 20 Oct ). & other many times I asked to contact no of senior supervisor to customer care person but he replied me rudely Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
