I got the message at[protected]:12 Pm) saying that Hi! you have been charged RS 30/- for your last transaction, after deducting Rs 30/- from my balance, I did not activate any service, could you please refund the amount to my tata docomo account. a call had came to me saying that we are speking from tata docomo and they are asking form my account number and credit/debit card.i did not give any information to them may be they were frauds. Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
