[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Third class internet service, frequent disconnections, dns issue

Tooooo frequent tata DoCoMo broadband disconnections on my acc no[protected].

Fed up, tired of contacting several folks without no resolution.
Error shown is DNS server is not responding.
Changed DNS from dynamic to static but still issue persists.
Paying my hard earned money through monthly rental for near to zero service.
They are not keen in resolving complaints.
if any one has Tata senior (district level/regional/national) executive number, please provide to me. I will take up directly with senior management.
