Tata Docomo — Threatening and continuously asking for money

Docomo dsl- data number[protected] vide account number[protected].
The same is happening to me.

I have requested cancellation of the tata docomo broadband services on 13th feb 2016.

Cancellation request number[protected].

But they never cancelled the connection and gave me a bill of rs.1590.

When i called them then they said that your request has been closed because i called them and asked them to cancel this request. Total lie.

I never asked them to cancel my cancellation request ...But they did it on their own and
They are telling that i asked them to do so.

I told them that every customer care call gets recorded so they must have recorded my phone call too.
So i asked then to give me the recorded call where i said that i want to cancel my cancellation request.
And if i said so i will pay the whole amount that time itself.

But they never provided me any information regarding this and instead raised a new request, and gave me the bill for that month which i never used .

Which i did not pay because i did not use . My billing month is 7 to 7 and the internet was not working from
10th of feb, so i raised a cancellation request on 13th and till then the connection was not working .

So i myself removed all the wires and connection from my home. And i never used docomo connection after that.

So i should not be paying any amount to tat docomo services.
Or max to max
I will have to pay for 8th feb and 9th feb and if you are being too greedy i will pay for 10th-13th during this time connection was not working but i will pay.

So that makes 6 days... Which will account to rs. 318.

Today 19/4/2016 they called me and asking me to pay the amount.
And that girl from tata docomo billing section (Which she said) was threatenign me that if you don't pay you will be continuously getting calls from us.

Same thing going to happen with me ?

We need to inform you that your cancellation request no:[protected] which was raised on Feb 12, 2016 was resolved. There was another cancellation request[protected] which was raised on mar 22, 2016 and your connection got suspended on Mar 29, 2016. Also we have shared the call recordings details with you and request you to clear the outstanding amount of Rs 2664/-.

now if that cancellation request was resolved that means my connection was cancelled or suspended.

Now if my connection is already cancelled or suspended how can you raise another cancellation request.

Please talk some sense and don't try to loot me for nothing.

because i can't see it anywhere.
Show me the proof that u have shared that call recording with me.

this recorded call with irfan is an old conversation that happened in january i guess
and that conversation is before I registered Cancellation request number[protected].

you are just showing how cheaper you can get just to take money which is not yours..
Provide me the call timing and the date.

I am not a dumb person sitting here.

I have every proof with me, so just dont try to fool me.
give me the timestamp and the date of the call because this call is for[protected] complaint number .
