To consumer complaints,
Dear sir / madam,
Please kindly note that i am a tata docomo user with account number of[protected]. I had applied for cancellation of my broadband and telecom services in the month of april because of poor service and poor networking and the same was communicated to docommo through their customer complaint cell 121.
The voice of customer was not paid heed to and the service kept on continuing where as i had changed my services to a competitor connection. I had repeated messages and calls from docommo for payment for my april and may services and i had clearly informed docomo that i had already asked them to revoke the connections and they are not paying any attention to the same, much later there were lawyers threatening me in the month of june for payment and to avoid nuisance i had paid the amount until then and repeatedly i had informed the tata customer complaint and tata's social media account twitter that my connection be removed. I was promised by their twitter team that this will be resolved and tata was keeping a clean image on it's social media account in front of several users. But despite repetitive reminders there was no closure of the case and the repeated reminders for payment kept continuing for ensuing months and never seemed to end from tata docomo's end and then finally after several failed attempts i had to endure another threatening call from the lawyer of docomo who claimed to be arun saxena from tis hazari court in new delhi and he would send cops to my house in half hour and started using abusive cuss words. I am surprised tata docomo has hit the nadir and stooped to such low levels to reimburse money from its users to make up for their folly and losses elsewhere.
We need a final closure from tata docomo in this regard who have been harassing us mentally and emotionally with threats and abuses. I am hoping this will be resolved by docomo asap in the next 2-3 days before this is escalated with trai for tata employing dirty harassing and threatening tactics to claim money for mistakes on their side.
