Tata Docomo — Treating my money

My no. Is [protected]. I was recharged with 163 tata to tata unlimited for 28 days on 31 October 2015 at 8:26pm. My recharge was successful but i don't get any benefit of this recharge. Then i called tata customer care they are not responding. Is it not a threating of money. Please do something for this fraud company. Aman [protected]@gmail.com
