Tata Docomo — trying to cheat me because they are lacking behind in technology. | |||||
Mobile no.- [protected], my credit limit was 800 rs but they send bill of 3784 rupees. At any cost my bill must not cross 800 rupees until i am not going to pay 80% of my bill as per company policy. They are saying that on there end data get updated after 24 hour but my concern is if company is lacking behind in technology why i will suffer for that. Pfa to get the context regarding whole conversation. I do not want to know for what they had charged, i want to know why my services not stopped after billing of 800 rupees. Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 16, 2018 kundan soren's response I haven't used my docomo no for a long time now it shows invalid no so how can i reactivate my no, it is used for my whats app no and bank registered no so what i should do
