[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Unable to make outgoing calls

Hi, Whenever I try to make a call from my mobile it says 'Sorry this facility is not available on your phone'. I'm not even able to call cust care (121). This is really annoying and all my balance/money is just getting wasted because of your stupid network Tata Docomo. Rectify the problem immediately Also I'm unable to register a complaint in your website 'http://www.tatadocomo.com/register-your-complaint.aspx'. After entering all the details the page gets refreshed and the complaint is not taken. And the internet works for max 1 hour a day, rest of the time internet doesn't work at all.
